The thing I like the best about Josh is he's one of our hardest workers in practice. I've always felt it was real important that your best players be your best practice players, too. We're lucky in that with Josh and Cory.

Those two guys (Lee and Tewksbury) as well as Andrew (Lewis) are really hard workers at practice and its nice to see them able to move on. Also those other guys that got down here but didn't move on, got some valuable experience for next year. Hopefully they can feed off that and see that hard work can get them to the next level and maybe onto the medal stand here.

Really, this has been a tough season. We've had some chemistry issues. We've had to practice with machinery going on, so that we could barely hear each other. There's just been a lot of adversity, some of it self-made, but we came together.

The workers are going to be more concerned than anyone else if there is informal activity taking place.

The Maine Legislature created this problem in the first place by allowing the practice of forcing workers to pay dues to an unwanted union or be fired from their jobs.

The hiring rate, we feel, is comparable. We know the workers' commitment to making this a success is very high.
