The township has done everything within its power to allow the developer to be successful. But we can't force a developer to be successful.

That lane would benefit the developer and the township in the long run.

Power focuses on self-preservation; principle focuses on making ideas successful.

Prudential has worked hard to get rid of its underperforming units and we're starting to see the benefit of that now. Prudential continues to gather steam.

It takes a lot of time, energy and focus for the Housing Authority to be its own developer.

Now there's going to be buying power over these plans and it's going to force the prices down, so it's going to effect their profit line a little bit on the bottom line. It's going to cut off a little of their profits, if there's the competition we think there's going to be.
