The University of Michigan is an important school, and I respect the way they worked with us on this issue. These are complicated issues. We are continuing to try hard to work with the university to address concerns and assure them about our business practices.

We are concerned that someone would believe these false accusations. You certainly want people in that age group to have an accurate understanding of what the company's values are.

At the time, we thought individual meetings [with individual schools] would be more helpful, because we could have more in-depth discussions.

It is a very unfortunate. The actual volume in terms of sales is small but it is the larger issue of our reputation. These allegations are false but we do share the concerns with issues.

Our admissions people tell us there is certainly a buzz about the university when you talk to high school kids across the country,

What the university has done is set a clear policy to respect the privacy of all of its members with respect to their electronic communications. It's making a blanket policy that we're not going to routinely monitor, inspect or access student electronic information.
