The year 2005 has been a year of extremes. We had extreme influences, such as hurricanes, on all three areas and this, in turn, led to extreme price variability.

This is a market of extremes, and what you've seen is the extreme to the upside, especially in technology, and extremes to the downside in everything non-tech. What you have to do is to pick the better quality companies in terms of the value companies.

Due to lingering reconstruction demand in areas that were hit by hurricanes last year and brisk demand for Japanese cars that have better fuel efficiency, exports to the US are likely to be solid until around mid-2006.

The roof leaked during the other hurricanes and there are only three showers for all of us to use. It is definitely overcrowded.

The hurricanes distorted a very good year.

Along with the three we signed early in the year, we've filled some voids. I think we filled some areas we desperately needed.
