There are all sorts of family-related programs here.

And this summer, we have a whole lot more planned.

This month, for example, we are doing a lot regarding Black History Month.

I urge residents to take just an hour out of their busy schedules to make a family emergency plan and prepare an emergency kit. The severe thunderstorms and devastating tornadoes over the weekend were a sobering reminder that emergencies can affect anyone, anytime. Being prepared to act quickly and having plans and supplies in place can eliminate some of the stress in a disaster situation.

We think of ourselves as a large family. I am proud of our group and the atmosphere we generate.
