There is a need for public transportation here. Only 40 percent of our riders are classified as low-income earners.

I would say this is the best thing that's come along so far, especially for those who are low-income.

But if you move the money into offshore funds, this income will roll-up tax-free inside the fund.

For a lot of low-income people, a bike is their only transportation, especially with the price of gas these days. This would be a lot of money for them. Sometimes people are wearing a helmet, and they get hurt anyway.

When negotiations start we are hoping that we can find something that would benefit [Union Pacific] so we can have something mutually beneficial. We have a good relationship with Union Pacific so we're hoping to build on that relationship as we move into negotiation.
