There is always a need for good, skilled workers with a passion for sports. This makes a lot of sense for several constituencies.

Certainly with the new venue, downtown stadium and new team, I think there will be some early interest and excitement for baseball, which is always healthy. I'm sure the Drive will go through periods of time when they'll be looking for fans.

The customer service should never wander. You have to treat your fan with great respect and dignity no matter what else is going on. If you do that, you can withstand a lot ... of the changes up and down.

I've known Rich for many years and I know of his talent and passion for sports in general. I knew this would be the type of project that would require someone who would be able to stick with it for a long period of time. It wasn't the type of thing where you could just call up the WWE offices and say 'Okay, we're going to go follow this guy, this guy and this guy.'
