There must be a higher bar for impeachment.

What we're trying to do is set the bar a little bit higher. This has been a very contentious, very emotional (issue).

While the e-VAT and the impeachment issue have both been resolved favorably in recent days, we are maintaining our negative outlook on the Philippines' ratings.

It makes the hearings even more important, ... It raises the bar higher, simply because the job is even higher. Chief justice is at another level.

In the last impeachment, there was this defect.

If there's anything going on in a particular bar and it's not the atmosphere I want or be in, I have a choice to go to a different bar.
