We don't see any real problems in California. But what happens nationally does affect us locally.

The mercado is the starting point, the foundation for the CDC. We're expecting it to grow. From there, everything else will take shape.

There's a pretty good representation of all parties that need to be involved. As well as landowners, federal officials are in step with us on this.

We can only make recommendations. It's then up to the governments to decide what next to do.
