This is not a bunch of rich people that just had money to burn.

It's an economic engine. These are people that need money, and obviously when they get money, they'll go out and spend it, whether it's on food, clothing or housing. Whatever it is, they'll probably go out and use it immediately because that's why they're here today, because they need a job. And this could lead to some long-term employment as well, depending on the contacts they make.

Maybe you don't get the fulfillment you expected from your career. At some point the question pops up: Is this all there is?

They don't teach you how to deal with substance abuse in seminary, and I challenge you to find one congregation, or one family for that matter, that doesn't have an addict.

There's no pushing, no shoving, no knocking people down. ... Or else you're disqualified.

It can be done, without prison money.
