These costs are not insignificant for an airline that is fighting for its survival.

We believe that a breakdown in the testing process as well as communications caused an undue burden on passengers and on this airline, and could have been avoided.

Such an accomplishment is significant in this industry. We are pleased with our achievements and proud of our people, but there is still progress to be made. Our goal is to achieve top-tier industry performance in 2006, and we will succeed by building on the momentum we have created in providing customers with a predictable, on time and safe flying experience.
