They change ends well, they do shoot it well, and they put it on the floor and drive. There's a reason they're 11-1. I don't think we're as bad as we showed, but I do think they're very good. I think Coach (Martin) is doing a nice job with them.

People underestimate their capacity for change. There is never a right time to do a difficult thing. A leader's job is to help people have vision of their potential.

I was worried how it would change our relationship but James has been absolutely fantastic. He even thinks my bald head is quite cute.

There's been a cultural change, a perspective that merging with another company or being acquired by an outside company is no longer a sign of weakness, or of business failing somewhere along the line. It's more of a realization that it's part of growth in the modern world.
