They just simply beat us tonight. We get them at home next time and hopefully things will be different.

Eureka really stepped up its defense tonight. They did a great job taking us out of our offensive set and we weren't able to get many open looks and started falling behind.

We're looking forward to the second half. We know its going to be difficult, but the team who comes to play will be the team to win. Losing early like we did, in close games was hard for us. We talk a lot about playing with heart and confidence and they know what they have to do from here on out.

From top to bottom, the league is a much better league than it has been in the last three or four years. All the teams in the Big 5 are competitive, which makes it anybody's ball game on any given night.

It's homecoming and it's kind of the home stretch for us getting ready for the playoffs here. Ten days of practice did us well. We came out ready to play today.

We had to come out hungry. We didn't have home-court advantage and Collinsville did. Coach told us, 'The team that executes the best will win the game,' and that's what we tried to do. We tried to come out and execute in all phases.
