They want to know what it's like. They want to know how do you go to the bathroom, take a shower, what it feels like (in space) and to come back. ... They ask what do I need to do to be able do something like that. My recommendation to anybody that wants to be successful is to never give up. Let it be OK to fail, and learn from it and move on from that.
