This is a fun team to coach. This is a great group.

I thought at the beginning of the season when we were home most of December that helped us a lot to gel as a team for when we went out on the road in the second half of the season.

It comes from our seniors having been in the program for four years. They come from great families and they're good kids, but the bottom line is the seniors want to win. When you have a group that wants to win as badly as they do, it's contagious.

Team chemistry isn't something you coach. It's something you hope for.

We all know that a sky with clouds in it is much more interesting than one that doesn’t have any.

I love the people, I love wearing clothes, it's great fun. And I love putting on makeup. It's always brilliant makeup artists and brilliant hair, so it's all really exciting the whole time.
