We will be able to help them for up to one year. It is intended for low- to moderately low-income individuals.

For our area, the fair market rent for a one bedroom apartment is $300; for two bedrooms it is $350; for three bedrooms, $450; and for four bedrooms, $525.

We are still seeing people everyday who need some type of housing.
