This would essentially make the drawing of districts a judicial function. The Governor does not feel that this should be a judicial function.

We need a governor who will function and treat his position as a job. It's not the position you take on issues, it's about being able to get things done.

It would be inappropriate to comment as this is a matter of an ongoing investigation. We have been cooperating with law enforcement and the governor took action when it was appropriate to do so.

What the fringe does is essentially function as a large-scale co-op.

We feel these districts should contribute more of their fair share.
