Through the LAYLC, we like to say that are investing in tomorrow's leaders today. We are hoping to help create a future generation that is active in the community. We want these students to know that their voice matters, that the issues that concern them concern us all.

Reaching out to at-risk and under-served neighborhoods to create remarkable student leaders is tremendously rewarding. Simply put, our corporate strategy is investing in tomorrow's leaders today.

I was just taking what the defense gave me and unfortunately I didn't shoot well from the outside today, but that's what they gave me early on, they weren't really contesting me. Then once they started, I started driving and had a nice dunk and had a couple passes to teammates to create and open up the floor.

They've been leaders this year. They've shouldered a lot of the burden this year. It will be hard to see such good kids go.

There is a tendency today for some of our political leaders to blame their staff and civil servants. That is the worst thing to do.

If we know what's happening, it's going to help leaders... make better decisions.
