Usually when they do something like this, there will be just a few cars out there. On Sunday, every race car there was on the track. He sure will be missed.

He was just all smiles. He was overjoyed.

He just had racing in his blood.

Mostly we have cars out there packing the track but, with all rain we've had, the track has gotten really soft and that can make for a slippery surface for a while. It usually takes about three or four weeks to get completely ready.

It is not ideal but it is still a noteworthy improvement. It is a new institutional framework that will oversee the promotion and protection of human rights for many decades.

If we reopen it to negotiations, there will be chaos, and if we postpone it, it will be a negative signal for the priority that human rights should have at the UN.
