We are glad to see solid operational performance even though a much larger-than-expected goodwill write down was taken for the AOL and cable divisions, about $45 billion in total.

We're glad to see that the IRA has taken a significant step towards decommissioning but it hasn't actually begun decommissioning. And of course we want to see that happen.

We've asked the services to put a hold on their training for January because we're reviewing and assessing the performance-management design (portion), which is part of the training.
