We are now in the process of having the signatures verified with the municipal, city and provincial election registrars. We are verifying signatures as we gather them.

Personally, I don't feel threatened.

This is the highest form of _expression. This is the ultimate form of expression when the people manifest their desire for a change of governance by becoming constitutional warriors. Senators can no longer stop this.

The municipal election can get lost in the shuffle.

It's sort of a verification process. I check them when they come in, making sure they have two signatures.

The only way I would support a property tax is if the city was going to declare Chapter 9 municipal bankruptcy. We're not there yet.
