We are trying to find a core group and go from there. Is the core group ages 25 to 35 or 35 to 55? We don't know. This is what we are trying to determine.

I'm not coaching and trying to win to keep my job, ... I coach for my players and my coaches and for the fans to have success. Someone is going to have success at Vanderbilt.
