We did fail last night. It is a tragedy, but it's a reversible tragedy and we will now put together those last final loose ends that we didn't have the time to do last night.

We need a fundamental rethink of what we expect farming to produce,

It is the next two or three days that are vital,

a tragedy that the Justice Department backed away from their original cessation remedy. Can you imagine what would happen if, as we projected with this plan, 1 million additional smokers quit each year -- 33 million over time?

We will get to this bottom of this tragedy. We will find out what happened and we will do everything humanly possible to prevent it from ever happening again.
