We do lots of customized training.

Our challenge is to put them back to work at no less than 85 percent of their salary.

Maybe they need to upgrade their skills on the computer. We can do a one-time class in Word or Excel or Access, which can give them an advantage over someone else.

If they say their goal is just to get a job, there is help with resume writing and interviewing techniques. If they want to look at other options, at that point we begin an assessment process. We identify their skills and abilities, then look at different clusters of jobs that might be available, based on those skills and their interests.

When you do that, you obviously know the nuances that go with it. Staples is better than that. They've won seven class meets in a row. Staples is arguably the best program in the state.

Some girls say they don't feel comfortable in flats, they only feel comfortable in heels; I am not one of those girls.
