I think for both of those guys, their talent can rub off on everyone. You can't ignore them. Now the quarterback still has a very, very difficult job. But throwing it on second-and-5 instead of second-and-10? That's a different world. And that's what a great running back can do for you.

I've known Rich for many years and I know of his talent and passion for sports in general.
