We get about 150 people to 200 individuals every year that includes families, Girls and Boys Scout groups and workers from our sponsors.

People think that only boys can lift weights. We want to show that girls can, too.

It is important for young people, both boys and girls, to get involved with outdoor activities like hunting and archery.

I could see both the boys and girls races being very close. It isn't just Penn and then everybody else, like before. There are a lot of teams in the mix.

A lot of the girls can shoot as hard as the guys. (But) the boys are so much quicker and faster. And they shoot from everywhere. So it really helps us to always be ready. It's good for reflexes.

Since a lot of them, the varsity boys and some of the girls, ran during the summer, we have been able to hit some hill work and speed work earlier in the season. Plus, we have added some circuit training; which includes sit-ups, push-ups and various other exercises to build the core muscles.
