We have a baseline established. Now there's a clear reference point on truly where we are after working against someone else besides ourselves. It's my job now, with this coaching staff, to diagnose exactly what the areas are that need improvement, the players that need improvement, the areas of game management that can be handled better.

We have a clear reference point which is the game we played in Guimaraes and that finished 3-0. We have to play like we did that day.

On my headset, our coaches told us it was a fumble. But I trust the replay system. They reviewed it and made the call.

I didn't like the way we played in the third quarter at all, ... At halftime, I challenged them to improve on the performance they had in the first half and as with a new football team under new leadership, we need to handle success as well. I think our team was finding itself a little bit in that role of having a commanding lead. I did my best to prepare them at halftime.

Mike is coming in as a running back, but he will help out the team wherever he can. He is hard to tackle and he is fast and I like him a lot.
