We have faced plenty of tough times over the years and the office supply business has undergone some major changes, but the relationships we have established with our clients have carried us through and continue to do so today.

The fourth quarter was particularly back-end loaded and a significant amount of business closed in the last week on terms less favorable than expected, ... The resulting sales shortfall and compressed margins became apparent after the end of the quarter.

The remodeling includes upgrades that are in conjunction with 911, but they also benefit the sheriff's office. Now we have a new radio system. The remodeling and rearranging is a nice upgrade for our dispatch center.

Their office is quite nice, and they are ready to do business.

The records office was back in business within an hour.
