We have foreign guests who smoke who we're alienating totally. People should be able to go outside.

We have guest services people at the bottom of the mountain looking for it. We don't want our guests to be hassled and inconvenienced. When they're on our property we'll do what we can to assist in aiding their privacy.

They were cooperative. We asked them to leave private property and not to bother our guests.

As that happens, there's generally an increase in the rate our guests pay.

We are saying so much to our guests, consumers and the industry with this massive brand re-ignition. In each and every element of the brand re-ignition and advertising campaign, we have rededicated ourselves to offering the very best experience and communicated it in both obvious -- the physical enhancements of our properties -- and more subtle ways -- through music, people, and events that refresh the mind, body and spirit in the same way we hope our guests experience every time they stay at one of our properties.

Absolutely it was busy. A lot of the guests we anticipated were people we saw from hotel rooms up at the lodge, where they had a complete renovation as well.
