They make decisions that will outlive all of us. It's not a body to be taken lightly and it needs to be populated by the most dedicated, most capable, and most principled among us. I believe the city council is obligated to the citizens we serve to fill the planning commission seats with the best persons possible.

Your body needs to be held and to hold, to be touched and to touch. None of these needs is to be despised, denied, or repressed. But you have to keep searching for your body's deeper need, the need for genuine love. Every time you are able to go beyond the body's superficial desires for love, you are bringing your body home and moving toward integration and unity.

You have to eat a variety of different foods to get all the nutrients your body needs to keep you healthy. By eating the same thing day after day you won't get these protective nutrients.

The analogy is the vascular system of the human body. The system needs to be completely autonomous.
