We have on staff people who are experts in religious and cultural matters. We meet with a wide variety of people to get their input. Most of the people we meet with overseas don't want or need compensation, they want a dialogue.

L.A. has always had a ton of creative business people, but tech has always been trumped by Hollywood. Now Hollywood is realizing it needs to be smarter in tech. Hollywood is finally crossing over, and it's really going to charge L.A. to be the next tech center.

People with arthritis are not meeting physical activity recommendations made at the federal level and by experts in the arthritis field. That's not good, because we know that being more active is beneficial for arthritis.

These people represent strong scholars who think critically and who are often experts in their area where there are no others. This is alarming.

The morning shows don't just use people as experts, they make people into experts.
