We played them real early in the season, but we know they are a scrappy team. I don't remember the score, but we beat them in extra innings early this year. We were able to get a few early runs and get some things going.

The team was ravaged by illness early in the season, resulting in numerous games being played with shorthanded - including many with only five to six players and one in which there were only four players on the floor at the end. It was nice to get everyone healthy in time for league to start.

It was a disappointing season. I never played on such an unlucky team.

I played the first year (the 1966 season) this place opened. The way I look at it, I outlived this building.

There's a place in my heart for every team I played on.

In my opinion, they are the best team we have played this season. They are difficult to play because they have so many different weapons ... it will be a big challenge.
