We take the idea of regular compliance and medical complaints seriously. We've been working hard to address all of these issues.

Those really are not legitimate complaints. When our floodwall is in place and securing the river, we will have zero impact on properties upstream.

The change was initiated by the majority of our fans. The athletic department, for years, has been receiving complaints on the traffic flow getting into the green lot, the number of spaces taken up by fans who do not own parking spots, and duplication of passes. This was the last thing our athletic department had an interest in changing, but due to the overwhelming amount of fans' complaints, we answered their concerns.

We're hoping that when the state returns they will be able to validate the changes we've put in place.

We had a department in place to handle questions and concerns from doctors, but we didn't have anything for patients. We don't typically talk about results with patients. In most states, we're not even allowed to discuss medical results with patients.

The concerns were principally related to management of the facility. We are not aware of any health issues related to those concerns.
