We thought it would be much more customer-friendly to send these types of letters. We were noticing that lots of people applied, but that many of them didn't enroll.

As soon as they were made aware of it, they changed the number for subsequent letters.

I never thought that anyone could be loved as much as this kid was. The letters. Everyone knew him. He touched everyone's heart, and everyone loved him.
