We try to help by learning first what their interests are. We then discuss what kind of budget and how long they plan to take on vacation.

The students are learning to deal with daily realities and they don't come ready to handle all that. We like to be their training wheels.

We stand behind what was booked through us, if there is a problem, we want to correct it.

We explain the different options and features that are available. We tell them about deals for families that we have been notified about through our many carriers, airlines and tours.

There's not a whole lot anybody could do, you know, to try to help the families as far as emotional wise and the pain, but, you know, we wanted to maybe just give them something that could start a healing process for them, so they can know the miners are in a better place than what, you know, what we are.

The important thing to understand is there are certain things you can do. They may or may not help you. It's not something that is just totally and completely under control.
