We wanted to increase awareness of our store and how Reruns ties in with the Family Building Blocks, and increase revenue.

We are trying to add another infant/toddler teacher to our staff (at Family Building Blocks). The added revenue that we can gain (from the project) will help accomplish that goal.

One of the ideas we are most excited about is increasing its customer base through eBay.

Whether The Cancer Council is funding parent or family support, or putting money into research, the funding comes from awareness of their work and days like Daffodil Day make it happen.

It's a different thing when I sit down with [Memphis songwriter and longtime collaborator] Keith Sykes or some of my buddies in Nashville. It's more likely that I'll actually make the appointment and I'll have some fun and maybe at the end of the day we'll get a song out of it. But I've never had any discipline whatsoever. I just wait on a song like I was waiting for lightning to strike. And eventually -- usually sometime around 3 in the morning -- I'll have a good idea. By the time the sun comes up, hopefully, I'll have a decent song.
