We're finally jelling as a team. We saw glimpses of it all season. But now we're putting everything together every time we step on the field.

We definitely saw glimpses of Brian like we did before.

[The close wins] say we're not going down without a fight. We're going to come back. If you think you have us down, you got us wrong. You may get up on us, but we're going to come back in the end and bite you. We don't give up at all; we fight.

The team did a great job putting the car together to the new Chevy Gen IV engine and we were very fast. That's the way it goes sometimes. I was really trying hard mostly because the team and engine company deserves it. That's the way it goes I crashed. I got loose. We were trying to free up the car and that was my first qualifying simulation. Maybe the tires weren't ready and maybe I pushed too hard. The fact is I got loose and crashed.

We've been putting an all-star team together that has been dysfunctional and troublesome. I think now they've got a program together that I'm happy that the vast majority of players are committed to. I think they'll figure it out.
