We're making progress. We've started painting the inside and things are really coming together.

The show quality was less than last year. It appeared that furniture was slow. We did sell, however, up to the closing moments of the show.

Right now the program is on a treadmill running along without making any progress and its because Andy can't go out and successfully recruit. Until then, expect this program after this year to struggle severely.

There are still some outages, there's no question, but I think we're making good progress in getting the outages repaired.

Certainly, we've taken a lot of measures and we've made a lot of progress, but it is going to be really hard to say how much is enough. We're not at the end of it, we're at the start of it.
