We're not being critical. We certainly appreciated the good news and we appreciate what the governor is doing.

He can be a good governor. I'm not going to take anything away from him. I'm not going to say anything bad about the guy.

Everyone wants to be appreciated, so if you appreciate someone, don't keep it a secret.

I certainly hope that they're right because Cincinnati home prices just have not appreciated as fast as other parts of the country in the last five years.

We need a governor who will function and treat his position as a job. It's not the position you take on issues, it's about being able to get things done.

It's certainly not something we would dismiss automatically.
