We're still in the process of hiring people from that job fair. We have been interviewing and conducting sessions and will continue to do so.

Then the sessions will get a little more challenging. Until then, it wouldn't be fair for us to explore what visions they would have in leading Mercer as president. They don't know Mercer very well. This first session is more of a getting-acquainted session.

We had a lot of interest in the job, and I wound up interviewing six people for the position. We just felt that Dee was what we were looking for, and it all kind of happened so fast between the interview and her accepting our offer.

I'd rather do boundaries than even consider putting the elementary schools on double sessions.

We help with the interview process, we help with their resumes, we help them with their interviewing skills, we help to keep them working.

Don't hire anyone you wouldn't want to run into in the hallway at three in the morning.
