We're survivors in Palmer's. I want people to understand we're family - we feed each other, we understand each other, we cry together. Palmer's is going to bounce back, probably better than it is.

Family programs tend to be the ones the green-eyeshade people go after first.

We feed a lot of people,

The prices keep going up. You can't try and sell a piece of junk around here. People won't buy that. But people definitely are still looking to buy.

We understand there are people who prefer we not use this nickname. There may even be some who say they are not honored by it. But that certainly doesn't constitute a test of what is hostile and abusive.

People say we are survivors but I don't see us as survivors of anything. We are still here, there's nothing that's come and tried to dislodge us. We just go about our business.
