What is the company trying to do on the Internet? Electronic commerce? Web hosting? Just E-mail?

And outside of the U.S., I worry about taxation [of Internet commerce]. It's logical to assume that governments will want a piece of the action.

They may claim to be a company, but it is some guy, typically overseas at an Internet cafe. They can never track these people because they're in holes in the walls.

It really shows they are becoming a grown-up company. The Internet companies are belatedly realizing that they can't ignore Washington.

You gather bits and pieces of information that by themselves seem innocuous, and all of a sudden you can build a picture of what this thing looks like. The more information you have, the higher the likelihood that eventually you'll be successful.
