What the court needs to decide is whether it's safe and in the best interest of the community to return these juveniles to their home setting.

They're gaining increased interest from the virus (writing) community. And as these devices become more pervasive, they become a bigger target.

The idea that the President also needs to go to the bathroom, I suppose, is of interest.

They have to see it in their best interest; that's the only way it gets done. Every elected official needs a little courage. You can give them that push.

The hype is off the housing market. Prices are high. Interest rates are climbing. Housing needs to cool down so the market can return to normalcy.
