The employees who are affected have been offered severance packages and can apply for open positions in the company.

This is a great way for the Stanly County agencies to show people the hard work they do for our community. Sometimes people want to help or need help, but don't know what's available,

It will allow the company to replace some amount of securities with auto loans, funded by deposits, which should help returns.

I also can't help but feel for our employees. I've never seen the morale so low with our borough people. And these people are great people.
