Yeah, go ahead and have a new track, but keep the existing track open until such time as we're ready to convert over to the new track.

This is something that's been open for 40 years, 40-plus years. You have generations of racers out there that come out there every weekend. And to just up and close it, you can't do that.

It's a public safety issue. If you close down the track, what's gonna happen out there? Everybody has the fear of illegal street racing.

There are two questions: where have you come from, and where are you going? But the brain doesn't have separate regions for the past and future; only the present is differentiated by the brain.
We split time into three parts. The brain, it seems, splits it twice only: now, and not now.
