You don't have to always sit down to food to get things done. In fact, some would argue you problem solve better in the fresh air, so you may have moving meetings. It would be a great new trend.

If there's one way to get the most out of your years, it is to stay involved in activities that are pleasurable and bring you joy. That could be dancing, hiking, biking. But our body is built for movement and the more you move, the younger you stay.

Some of our women come for the first time saying, 'I don't think I can walk a mile.' We can teach them. Others come and say, 'I used to run and I would like to enhance my running style.' We can teach them as well.

We promise to stay away from greasy fried food. That's unhealthy.

All this just came in today. We've got food, clothing, blankets, toiletries.

Me: "It does not taste like God Himself cooked heaven into a series of five dishes which were then served to you accompanied by several luminous balls of fermented, bubbly plasma while actual and literal flower petals floated down around your canal-side dinner table."
Gus: "Nicely phrased."
Gus's father: "Our children are weird."
