You either love the profession or not. There can be no halfhearted efforts.

A lot of the person you knew and love may still be there.

For families, it's a grieving process. They are losing the person they used to know. They need security and reassurance. We try to make the situation as positive as possible. Families become as big a part as the resident himself.

The paintings were completed before he became a resident here in May of last year. He no longer has any desire to paint, but he has done a lot of pencil drawings.

We love all the wonderful smells and environment of the salon and spa. After coming from the legal profession, we also love that everyone that walks in here is happy and ready to relax.

I don't know. It just happens and you love your work and you love your profession, you stay there and you will find each other.
