He just really wants to help the district.

I learned something yesterday, when they talk about the fire service being a family, I learned how true that is. I must have gotten calls from 20 districts yesterday.

I believe we need to have that. Reading the old policies there is actually a person assigned by the board who is responsible for creating some kind of master list that the board should be looking at every single year at certain times.

I couldn't help but feel, I won't say rejected - but I so seldom got a nibble of any kind - that I just felt ignored and completely invisible. I've done a lot of things in my life and faced many different kinds of challenges, usually successfully, but here I was completely unable to get a foot in the door.

They're really grateful for the help and appreciative of what you do for them.

I don't have any personal plans except to try and help the process and anything the city is going to do to make things better,
