I really like what you're presenting to us here tonight.

It's a beautiful building -- beautiful hardwood floors, old exposed beams. But it would take quite a bit of money to do that, I guess.

It's not going to be years, it's going to be months. Once that is done, the building will be vacated and put up for sale.

Some of these problems are the result of planning decisions made decades ago.

These things are usually just a laundry list. Whether it was Clinton or Bush, it's mostly just what's on his mind. But this was a more modest list, even than some of his own past State of the Union addresses.

But the HSA isn't a new idea. It's been compared to an IRA for health insurance.
