My reading of that case is that the U.S. Supreme Court has said that the state legislature has plenary power, full power, in respect to appointment of presidential electors and that power cannot be eroded even by the state constitution,

This is a good case to take to the Supreme Court.

We believe there are very strong reasons why the state Supreme Court should take this case. We really think that each individual case has to be decided individually.

The U.S. Supreme Court can strike down acts of the legislature as unconstitutional, which is not true in most governments. They can do that for laws passed by states and for laws passed by Congress and signed by the president. That is a lot of power.

I think probably that this is a case that will go to the Supreme Court, which means you probably won't have a verdict until 10 years down the line.

We will be present in the next legislature and all legislatures after that fighting for more funding for UK.
